AV, STAGING AND LIGHTING

Screen are available to use free of charge when hiring the full bar space or the window side restricted. Any other AV must be organised and paid for by the host.

FACILITIES

Mullaloo Beach Hotel is wheelchair accessible with elevator access on ground level, level 1 and 2. There is a disabled toilet within the premises located on level 1.

PARKING

Street parking is available across from the hotel, there is also additional parking in the basement. Hotel guests have reserved parking on level 3, and all parking levels include disabled bays.

CAKES & BYO

You are welcome to bring your own celebration cake, however there is a small fee for plates and clean-up. We are a fully licensed and therefore there is no BYO drinks or food.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will cause a forfeit of the deposit plus any other additional costs incurred. Cancellation within 48 hours will incur a forfeit of all monies paid.

DRESS CODE

Our Dress code comes into effect at 7:30 pm every day, including public holidays. After this time patrons are not permitted to wear caps and tracksuit pants and no work wear will be permitted (specifically this includes high visibility clothing).

Terms & Conditions

  1. A deposit must be provided to Mullaloo Beach Hotel within 7 days of booking the function (or immediately if the booking in made within 7 days of the function). Your booking will not be confirmed (and Mullaloo Beach Hotel may release the function space) until receipt of such deposit and booking form.
  2. If your reservation is affected due to COVID-19 or restrictions related to COVID-19 you are eligible for a refund or you are free to reschedule the function.
  3. For groups of 40 people or more, if cancellation or postponement occurs within 72hours of the function, you must pay the full amount to Mullaloo Beach Hotel which would otherwise have been payable if the function had been held (including the deposit referred to above).If cancellation occurs within 7 days of your function, your deposit will be forfeited to Mullaloo Beach Hotel. For smaller groups of 15-40 guests, if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the function, your deposit will be forfeit to Mullaloo Beach Hotel.

You must ensure that your guests and invitees strictly observed and comply with all applicable laws (including non-smoking laws), the rules and policies of Mullaloo Beach Hotel, and any lawful direction of Mullaloo Beach Hotel. You assume full responsibility for the conduct of your guests, and invitees, and you must ensure other guests and visitors are not disturbed by your function. MBH may refuse admission to, or eject from the venue any person who is not conducting themselves in proper, orderly and lawful manner.
  3. You are required to sign a Function Bond documents which will cover tabs and/or any damage caused by or because of your function or guests.
